What is the difference between Reiki and Energy Mastery?

Reiki focuses on channeling universal life force energy for healing, primarily through specific hand positions. Reiki Level 1 is for self-healing, while Reiki Level 2 teaches distance healing and professional practice. Energy Mastery is a deeper dive into your own energetic anatomy; it teaches you to read, interpret, and work with auras, chakras, and meridians, enhancing your intuitive and diagnostic abilities.
